PI6 is a CRM and pipeline management platform that your AI assistant can operate directly. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
You own everything you put into PI6 — your leads, accounts, contacts, deals, and the records around them. All yours. We do not claim any ownership or license over your data beyond what's necessary to operate the service (storing it, serving it, backing it up).
You are responsible for having the right to store the personal data you put in — contact details of the people you do business with. If someone in your records asks to be removed, that's your call to action, and you can do it yourself at any time.
If you publish an intake form, that form is reachable by anyone with its link. Submissions to it stay private to your workspace.

You need a Google account to sign in. You're responsible for maintaining the security of that account. Accounts are personal — one person, one account. Don't share credentials; invite people to your workspace instead, so each member acts under their own login and their own role.
Workspaces have roles (owner, manager, member) that determine what each person can see and change. Owners are responsible for who they invite and for removing members who should no longer have access.
PI6 is currently free to use. We do not collect payment details and there is nothing to cancel.
When paid plans launch, billing will be a flat per-seat rate, charged monthly, with additional file storage available separately for workspaces that need more than the included allowance. We will publish the rates here and give notice before anyone is charged — you will never be billed for something you didn't opt into.
Anything we have promised you in writing as an early user — for example free access — we will honour on those terms.
AI-generated content is provided as-is. AI can produce inaccurate or unexpected output — including analysis, suggested next steps, and probability estimates. Treat it as a draft, not advice. You're responsible for reviewing it before acting on it or sending it to a customer.
If you connect your own AI client over MCP, it authenticates as you and acts with your permissions — including creating, changing, and deleting records. You are responsible for what you ask it to do, the same as if you had clicked the buttons yourself. Every tool call is written to your workspace audit log, and you can revoke a client's access at any time from Connections.
Your use of your own AI provider is governed by your agreement with them, not with us.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uptime. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We'll do our best to give notice for planned downtime.
PI6 is provided "as is" without warranty. We're not liable for data loss, downtime, or any damages arising from use of the service. We take encrypted backups, but you should keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose — your data is readable at any time through the API or your connected AI client.
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
